Our Time To Be A Star!!

March 19th, 2010 by Kyle

Our interview for this upcoming Tuesday’s show is the wonderful Rebecca Forstadt, veteran voice actress, perhaps best known (under the name Reba West) for being the voice of the winsome Minmei in the classic series Robotech.

We’ve been fans of Rebecca’s for a long time, and our interview with her didn’t disappoint. She may have been the most fun interview we’ve ever done, and we certainly had a great experience doing it. Rebecca was a very energetic and open guest, and a great sport, and you’re going to love hearing our talk with her.

It’ll go live this Tuesday!

Next Week: Geek Tragedy Gets Star Wrecked!

March 4th, 2010 by Kyle

Next week’s entry in our continuing interview series will be an interview with the director and costar of the full-length fan-made parody film Star Wreck: In The Pirkinning, Timo Vuorensola. If you haven’t yet seen Star Wreck, go check out the trailer on YouTube, then download the movie (yes, it’s a legal download) and watch! We’ve been telling you about this movie for a long time now, and if you still haven’t seen it, this is definitely the time!

Timo talked with us about Star Wreck, crowdsourced filmmaking, the future of independent content producers, and about his upcoming project, Iron Sky. A full-length movie about Nazis in space – how can you go wrong with an idea like that?

So tune in next week and hear all about it!
